Role: Director of Experience Design (2018 -2019)

Focus: Design org development, capability building, and global scaling

Leading EA’s global Experience Design (XD) operations, focused on building infrastructure that empowered over 180 designers across studios to grow their craft, align on expectations, and scale impact. My core initiative was the development and rollout of EA’s global XD career framework—clarifying roles, growth paths, and performance criteria for every level of designer.

This included extensive collaboration across HR, discipline leads, and executive stakeholders to ensure buy-in and practical application. I also created systems for mentorship, onboarding, and knowledge-sharing, and helped introduce more inclusive, transparent practices around evaluation and progression.

This work reflects my commitment to not only delivering great products, but also enabling sustainable, people-first design organizations behind them.
