As a design leader, I have built strong cross-functional relationships including executive leadership. I have crafted strategic vision and made meaningful organizational partnerships, while upholding the values of inclusion, empathy, and creativity. I have enjoyed spearheading the user experience for product and platform experiences, all the while nurturing and empowering design talent, and instilling a growth-oriented mindset.

Over my 20 year career, I have championed human-centered design processes and driven change management to support its integration within organizations. I have held pivotal roles at EA, where I’ve led future forward projects that reshaped the way players interacts with EA products. My ability to blend empathy with technology has consistently yielded experiences that not only considers players’ needs but also business and technical goals.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I'm an advocate for design education and mentorship. I actively participate in mentoring others and enjoy nurturing the next generation of design leaders. Sharing my knowledge and experiences to empower others to thrive in design leadership especially women of color.

Outside of my professional development, you can find me spending time with my family, sharing a tasty meal or cultivating my green thumb.
